BRUNNER Control Loading System in the middle of an intelligent QTG Development and Verification Process
Ashok Kuppusamy and Sug Jun Yoon, two researchers at the Sejong University Modelling & Simulation Research Center in Seoul, have undertaken a successful research and development project published in 2016 under the title “Design of Reversible Control Loading System for a Fixed Wing Aircraft using X-Plane Simulator”.
As a vital element of that research work, a BRUNNER Control Loading System and BRUNNER’s CLS2Sim-Software was connected to an X-Plane Flight Simulator, representing the Cirrus SR-20 aircraft. The objective of the experimental environment was to develop and test new methods of creating and verifying Flight Simulator Qualification Test Guides (QTGs). The results were very promising, and may lead to further QTG development for various Level 5 Flight Training Device.
BRUNNER is proud of contributing to the Sejong Universities’ research work with its latest generation of innovative Control Loading systems and software.
BRUNNER provide the most-modern and cost-efficient portfolio of Drop-In Control Loading Devices and Simulation Components that reacts with realistic movements to even finest inputs and offers artificial feeling that qualifies for most professional Flight Simulator applications. Drop-In stands for the full integration of all elements belonging to the device in only one box.
